New Baseball Series - Painted in Mystic Realism!
It was only a matter of time before Buck delved into his first love of baseball to come up with new subjects for the canvas.
These authentic situations on the ball field are presented to you with all of the mystery, energy and excitement of being there and cheering on your favorite team.
Painted in Mystic Realism - the use of Acrylic Flow (technique), then discovering what lies in the mystery of the colors and shapes, Buck begins adding his knowledge and feel for the game. He has been there as a former minor league pitcher. As the scene unfolds itself under his deft brush strokes, it is allowed to dry before some almost spiritual glazes, with oil paints, completes the expression of the diamond sport.

Dann & Brian Battistone - Tennis Champs.
Brian is known for his jump serve and Dann is known for his play at the net. They are both known for using the two-handled racquet. I like this picture because it shows Brian at the height of his serve in an athletic position and it has Dann fully in his ready stance.
